After graduating from Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City, OK, in 2008, Rev. Michael Bartlett traveled for two years in full-time music ministry with the Anchormen Quartet. In 2010, he answered God’s call to the local church as Youth Pastor at Northwood Temple in Fayetteville, NC. Michael and his wife, Leslie, were married in 2012, and she quickly became an integral part of his ministry, serving side-by-side at Northwood ever since. They are now thankful and filled with anticipation for this new role of leading Greenville First. As the son of an IPHC pastor of over forty years, Rev. Michael Bartlett brings a lifetime of ministry experience to Greenville First. Now, as a licensed and ordained IPHC pastor himself, Michael and Leslie are ready to carry on the rich heritage of Greenville First into this new season of connecting all generations to reach all generations for Christ.
Executive Assistant Ashley Licari, is a native of Greenville, NC. She has been married since 2013 and is the mother of 2. She attended Pitt Community College and studied business management. Coming from a retail sales management background she came on staff at Greenville First in July 2014 shortly after the birth of her first child.
Josh Smothers graduated from Heritage Bible College Summa Cum Laude in 2018, earning a degree in Pastoral Ministries. He received his pastoral license in 2018 and entered full-time ministry as the student pastor at Greenville First IPHC in early 2020. He is currently working on a masters degree in Christian Apologetics at Liberty University. Josh is excited to be a member of the pastoral staff and looks forward to being a part of the next generation of Greenville First.
Reverend Raymond Potter, a native of New Bern, NC, is an ordained minister in the North Carolina Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church as well as having served as secretary and treasurer of the NC Conference. He has served in the World Missions Department if IPHC and currently serves as the Greenville First Missions director. He graduated a Double-Major at East Carolina University earning a BS Degree, where his concentrations were: primary, Religious Studies; secondary, History. Moreover, he was granted a diploma by Liberty University at Lynchburg, VA for the successful completion of its "General Bible Course" offered by Liberty Home Bible Institute.
