Free Camp 2012

Why Free Camp?
Free Camp offers children the opportunity to have fun while making positive friendships with other children their age as well as camp staff members. Our staff members value each child and care about their eternal future. It is our intention that each child leave camp knowing that they are loved by Jesus Christ and us. With that knowledge we hope that they leave believing that all things are possible through Him! All racial, social and economic lines are broken throughout this camp and as brothers and sisters in Christ we join together to have a fabulous time of fun, food and fellowship!
Free Camp Objectives
- To provide a fun packed summer camp in a safe and nurturing environment
- To demonstrate the love of Jesus through the loving care of Christian volunteers
- To present the Gospel so that children can make a decision for Jesus
- To afford an opportunity for believers to fulfill service to their community
Free Camp Details
- Water Activities (certified lifeguards on duty)
- Volleyball, basketball, Putt-Putt Golf and many other recreational options
- Air-conditioned housing; hot showers and bathroom facilities
- Cooked meals and refreshments throughout the day
- Transportation provided by CDL certified drivers
Things to Bring (Checklist)
- Twin sheet set & blanket
- Pillow
- Towels (2)
- Three changes of clothes (no mid-riff shirts or short shorts)
- Swim suit (1-piece) - or - shorts and a t-shirt
- Pajamas
- Toiletries
- Medicines if needed
Things not to Bring
- Bad Attitude
- Alcohol, Tobacco, or Controlled Substances of any kind
- Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, explosives, razor blades, matches, lighters, etc.)
- Cellular phones or other electronic devices
