The objective of all ministry initiative at Greenville First Pentecostal Holiness Church is “to make disciples of Jesus Christ.” We have a three-step discipleship process to achieve this goal that includes Experiencing Real God, Developing Real People and Serving in Real Time.
Our process begins with Experiencing Real God. As Christians, we affirm that Jesus Christ is Real God and “that in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily and you are complete in Him” (Colossians 2:9,10).
It is our firm conviction you need more than an historical reference to God that defines Him as separate and detached from your human reality; you need to experience God on a real and personal basis. Through our worship services we seek to provide you with the opportunity to encounter, engage and embrace the real presence of the Divine through the work of the Holy Spirit.
And that is just the beginning! We hope to maximize your encounter with God by preparing and equipping you to continue your pursuit of God beyond the church experience. We want to introduce you to the daily, dynamic and demonstrative possibility of Experiencing Real God any place, any situation, all the time.
